If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to follow up on your request.

We use the information you provide to prepare a written flat rate, schedule your move, assign our own crew and truck, and follow up before and after move day. We do not use anything you submit for purposes beyond planning and completing your move and related customer service.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties, and we do not hand any part of your move to an outside mover. Horizon Van Lines does not subcontract — every move on our books is staffed, driven, and completed by our own employed crew, so your information never leaves our office. If a piano job or a semester-turn weekend needs a date change because our own crews are booked solid, we’ll call you directly and work out a new date ourselves.
How We Protect It
Move records, including quote details and contact information, are kept in access-limited systems used only by our office and dispatch staff. We don’t publish customer addresses or move details without permission.
