Local and Residential Moves

Local moving is the core of our business: local moves anywhere in the Valley, residential moves for houses from a Chatsworth ranch to a Porter Ranch build, and apartment and condo moves for the third-floor walk-ups and gated communities that make up a lot of Northridge and Reseda rental stock. We also handle small moves and single-item deliveries — a dorm room near CSUN, a studio, one stubborn recliner — with a real crew, not a brush-off for coming in under a minimum.

CSUN and Semester-Turn Moves

Move-in and move-out weekends around CSUN get their own priority on our schedule. We hold same-week slots specifically for the crunch, and every mover on our trucks has worked a dorm hallway or a shared-house turn before, so tight stairwells and loading-zone time limits are routine, not a surprise.

Long-Distance and Commercial

For moves leaving the Valley, our long-distance moving covers routes like Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Diego, and Sacramento, with our driver Trevor Sok staying with the load the whole way. On the business side, our commercial and office moving crews work around your hours — evenings, weekends, whatever keeps your team from losing a workday.

Packing, Storage, and Specialty Handling

Arjun Nair builds a written flat rate around what a job actually needs, so by the time our crew shows up, they already know if it’s a full packing job, a partial packing job where you keep the closets and we take the kitchen, or a straight loading day. We also offer short-term storage for the gap between a lease ending and a new one starting, furniture moving and assembly, piano moving starting at $280 under foreman Julian Reyes’s crew, senior and retirement-community moves paced to fit the household instead of the clock, last-minute moves for a lease that fell through, and labor-only loading and unloading if you’ve already got a truck or a pod parked in the driveway.

Every service above is quoted at the same hourly rate — $140 for two movers and a truck, $195 for three — with no separate pricing tier for “specialty” work. Ask about any of these when you call for a quote.
